USTA adult league teams head to state tournament

Meeting with the Mayor

We met with the mayor Friday to discuss the "needs" at the tennis center. Hopefully this will work out the way we all hope it will and we can get the things on the list that we need in a reasonable time frame. It all won't happen at once but at least we have started the process and have a plan to work on. The city has been advised on the "needs" that the tennis facility has. Improvements

Improvements have been made at the Tennis Center. LMTA provided the materials and the following people provided the hours of work. Thanks to Tori Castleberry, Margie & Hugh Bain, Jill Rutledge, Daniel Leonard for the "redo" of the bathroom. They painted the walls and floor, added a cabinet with sink, new faucet, baseboard and trim, mirror and light. Plus a few added wall decorations. Plumbing thanks to Daniel Leonard. It now looks so big and the kids are excited because it isn't so dark. Read More
